**Job Type and Working Hours**

**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting customers with flight bookings and reservations, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues and concerns.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, ensuring customers are well-informed and prepared for their journeys.
* Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate conflicts and find solutions.
* Guiding customers through check-in and boarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using data to inform improvements to our services and processes.

**Job Requirements**
