With a strong focus on employee satisfaction and career growth, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to advance their careers and achieve their goals. **Responsibilities** As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences * Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the best possible experience * Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner * Ensuring that customers enjoy authentic and personalized experiences that meet their unique needs * Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry * An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance * A high school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing situations * Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends * A passion for helping others and a patient and empathetic nature * Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, especially for higher pay rates. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive pay rate of $18/hr.
