**Job Summary**

We're seeking highly skilled and licensed customer service professionals to join our team as Licensed Customer Service Advocates. As a remote or onsite representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing customers, resolving service needs, and selling applicable products. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Licensed Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound calls from existing customers with service needs, including billing issues, changes to current policies, inquiries, claims, and sales
* Selling applicable products to customers on all calls
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Meeting or exceeding sales and service metrics, including productivity and quality standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Licensing Requirements**

To be eligible for this role, you must:

* Hold an active life and health insurance license in your resident state
* Be able to become licensed in all 50 states
* Provide proof of up-to-date licenses to the recruiter prior to offer
* Not have any active open book of business in any lines of insurance (captive position)

**Training Requirements**

As a new hire, you'll participate in comprehensive training, which will include:

* Virtual training sessions, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST
* Onboarding and training will be conducted in a virtual environment, with opportunities for Q&A and feedback

**Work from Home Requirements**

If you're a remote candidate, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* High-speed internet must be set up and paid for at your own expense
* Internet service must be fixed-line, not wireless, hotspot, Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, or cellular network-based
* Required internet speeds are expected to be consistent across the entire day and are subject to change based on business needs
* Must be hardwired from router/modem to the computer (docking station if provided)

**Skills and Competencies**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent sales and customer service skills
* Strong phone communication skills
* Call center experience, preferably in the life insurance industry
* Technical/computer-based skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** $38,000 - $45,000 Annually, plus monthly bonus opportunity based on service and sales metrics
