The Property & Casualty insurance industry is a vital and rapidly evolving sector that requires skilled professionals who can navigate complex risks and provide tailored insurance solutions. As a P&C Insurance Producer, you will play a critical role in quoting and selling insurance policies to incoming sales prospects, while delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads. Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. Quotes and sells any, or all, of the following insurance products - automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance. Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients. Attend required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license. Demonstrate advantages of our company's products, services, and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: An active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License. Reside within the required distance from the hub location. Availability to work and commit to training and work schedule. Empathetic, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and influencing skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Property & Casualty insurance. A proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
