Key Responsibilities Perform various tasks related to general housekeeping and cleaning of Moog facilities, including heavy industrial cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings Operate various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and Zamboni, to maintain a clean and safe environment Work within cleanroom, development lab, and manufacturing spaces, following established operating procedures Transport trash, recyclables, and regulated waste streams to designated disposal areas Perform tasks around sensitive equipment and hardware, demonstrating attention to detail and care Assist in promoting a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience: 1-3 years of cleaning experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to operate equipment up to 50 lbs and work in areas with specific PPE requirements, including bunny suits Experience taking direction on daily work assignments and adapting to changing environments Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to be a reliable team member Effective operation of various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and Zamboni Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment Familiarity with Moog's facilities and equipment Certifications or training in cleaning or facilities maintenance Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Janitorial Technician at Moog, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Physical stamina to operate equipment and perform tasks Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Moog, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
