Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, and back office. Bus guest tables efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons. Perform other cleaning tasks as required to maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasant atmosphere. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our service standards. Essential Qualifications & Skills To succeed as a janitor at Pluckers, you'll need: A strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities. Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management. Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
