Key Responsibilities Define, capture, and validate IT requirements and artifacts to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain key team expectations and dashboards to drive performance and accountability Identify, report, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies that may impact operational support efforts Design and implement compliance, operational controls, and related metrics to measure success Develop and implement guidelines, processes, and procedures for new technology solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to existing support responsibilities Manage the incident and problem management lifecycle, collaborating with team members to resolve incidents and issues efficiently Analyze internal IT customer needs and requirements, driving functional support and delivery efforts Participate in periodic reviews of planning, delivery, and operational capabilities Ensure incidents that are not promptly resolved are properly escalated according to defined service level agreements (SLAs) Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve metrics and services for our customers and stakeholders Essential Qualifications Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create accurate and concise reports and presentations Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and identify potential future issues Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion Adaptable and responsive, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, or other IT service management frameworks Experience with statistical analysis and reporting, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making Familiarity with multiple business areas, including e-commerce, marketing, warehouse operations, and company philosophies Understanding of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management practices Availability for on-call coverage 24/7, including weekends and holidays, to support off-hours functions as required Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
