**Experienced IT Business Analyst – IT Operations, Server Farm and Remote Communication Room Management**

You will work closely with the IT Operations team to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and ensure the reliability and availability of our systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT lab, and remote communication room basic climate hardware. * IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application. * Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. * Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices framework for server farm and remote communication room gear. * Development of server farm and remote communication room guidelines for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework. * Support IT Operations grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggesting and executing departmental policies, rules, principles, and procedures. * Ensures compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations. * Project management of server farm and remote communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. * Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments. * Oversees the plan, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms. * Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear. * Functional manageability of airport basic climate framework. * Foster Plan Principles for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) frameworks. * Remote coordination of airport basic infrastructure support and break-fix activities. * Audit/Store Support Records.
