Job Overview: Investor Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Investor Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, helping them find investor-friendly agents and lenders tailored to their specific market and investment strategy. This is a remote position, and you will be working closely with our members through various communication channels, including texting, phone calls, and Zoom sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized support to our members, helping them find suitable agents and lenders for their real estate investment needs
Communicate effectively with investors via SMS, phone calls, and Zoom sessions to understand their strategies and market requirements
Schedule and conduct calls with BiggerPockets members, documenting detailed notes for follow-up and future reference
Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls, ensuring seamless communication with our members
Naturally engage with investors, building trust and rapport to deliver personalized support and guidance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide informed support and recommendations to our members
About You: Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
At least 2 years of work experience in a customer service or communications environment, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members
Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software
A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and market trends
Knowledge of real estate investing principles, including property analysis, financing options, and risk management
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
