Job Summary As an Inventory Planner I, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels, supervising and leading inventory-related functions, and ensuring seamless operations across our production and sales centers. Your expertise in inventory control, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be essential in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Count and reconcile daily inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies Monitor and track syrup usage in production runs to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste Reconcile and confirm daily production orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Track and report efficiencies and yields associated with inventory and production to identify areas for improvement Reconcile all sales loads, track and report breakage, damage, and loss to minimize inventory shrinkage Report to management and supervision daily out-of-stock items and materials to ensure prompt resolution Perform weekly age analysis and report any close-dated product to minimize inventory obsolescence Assist in the training and development of departmental personnel to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development Manage produced product replenishments to surrounding sales centers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Manage inventory levels to plan at a third-party warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs Review, monitor, and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out-of-stock risk to sales Provide high-level customer service focus and response as an operations liaison to a sales center Create and prioritize product replenishments to meet volume plans and ensure timely delivery of products Generate and review daily reports to ensure data accuracy and inform business decisions Prepare and file reports to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Perform other projects or duties as assigned to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 5 years of inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving Ability to pass a post-offer background and drug test to ensure a safe and secure work environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management Background knowledge of SAP Physical Inventory Management or similar inventory management systems Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions and optimize inventory levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory management and reporting Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Career Growth and Development At Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
