Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via live chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Work 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, in fixed night shifts to ensure seamless support to our clients
Maintain a high level of technical proficiency, including excellent English skills, 8 GB RAM, high-speed internet, and minimum 6 hours of power backup in case of power cuts
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve customer issues efficiently
Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics, to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
