About the Role: Customer Support Executive
In this exciting and challenging role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our valued customers and providing them with top-notch support and information to address their inquiries regarding our products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to resolve customer complaints, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Working with computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Learning about our products and services and describing/explaining them to prospects in a clear and concise manner
Generating reports for each call, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and analyzed for continuous improvement
Meeting sales quotas and consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment


Responsibilities and Expectations
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. You'll be working with computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems, so excellent technical skills are essential. Your ability to learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to prospects will be critical to your success. Additionally, you'll need to:

Make reports for each call, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and analyzed for continuous improvement
Demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives


Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Any Graduate degree, with a strong academic record and a passion for customer service
3+ years of overall experience in international calling, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects in a clear and concise manner
Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner
