About the RoleThe Intelligence Data Analyst – Trust and Safety Specialist will be an integral part of the Trust and Safety Intelligence team, responsible for delivering significant and objective content abuse intelligence to safeguard the integrity of the arenaflex platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, analytical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive informed decision-making and combat abuse and fraud cases at arenaflex speed.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and intelligence specialists, to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the highest levels of user safety and trust in arenaflex products. Key Responsibilities Influence SQL to build robust and scalable scripts and workflows that automate data collection, enhancement, and delivery, amplifying the team's impact. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions.Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across various subjects, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating meaningful insights. Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, or disturbing themes or content. Essential Qualifications A four-year college education or equivalent practical experience.1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, analytics, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in a relevant field. Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python). Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. Experience with modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.
