JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. About the Role: A Minnesota school district is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide full-time virtual services for K12 students across eight school buildings. This role involves supporting students functional, gross motor, and mobility needs, collaborating with teachers and families, and helping students achieve their IEP goals in a remote setting. Position Details: • Schedule: Full-time, 38 hours per week • Grade Levels: K12 • Buildings Served: 8 school locations Responsibilities: • Provide virtual physical therapy services to students across multiple school buildings. • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress. • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student functional outcomes. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations. Requirements: • Masters degree in Physical Therapy. • Active Minnesota PT license. • Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred. • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Comfortable providing services in a virtual/remote setting.
