Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and market appropriate products and services. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet those needs. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) - preferred. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas - preferred. An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). An enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. A people-oriented and organizational approach to your work. Self-motivation and a detail-oriented mindset. The ability to make presentations to potential customers. A Property and Casualty license (currently held). A Life and Health license (currently held).
