At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on our great team of coworkers, and we're excited to welcome new talent to our family. **Job Summary** As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring efficient store operations. You will be responsible for assisting customers in locating products, processing sales transactions, and providing accurate information about construction materials and equipment. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the construction industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** • Obtain a general understanding of the construction materials, tools, and equipment available in the store. • Assist customers in locating products, check inventory availability, and accurately process sales transactions using the store's point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods efficiently. • Inform customers about ongoing sales and discounts. • Provide accurate and detailed information about the features, uses, and benefits of various construction materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assist them with product inquiries, provide recommendations based on their needs, and address any concerns or questions. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist with tasks such as stocking the sales floor, pulling from backstock, organizing displays, and participating in inventory counts. • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments. Ensure shelves and displays are adequately stocked, labeled, and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock replenishment is needed. • Place and transfer products correctly between bins for proper inventory control. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by regularly tidying shelves, aisles, and displays.
