Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional service standards and exceeding customer expectations. A strong track record of over-achieving quota, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales targets and call handling quotas. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
