About the Role

We're now hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! As an Inside Sales Representative at AO, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to travel and explore the world. Our quarterly company retreats take us to exciting destinations like Mexico, Las Vegas, and Iceland, providing a unique chance to connect with your colleagues and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners
Utilize industry-leading sales tools and technologies to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales success
Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction


Preferred Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
