[Remote] Learning Project Manager – Oil & Gas (100% virtual)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a team of learning and development professionals for a large oil and gas client. The role involves planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects aimed at modernizing an enterprise-wide equipment training program. Responsibilities • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers, and QA/QC consultants • Communicating project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment • Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery • Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers and resource load each project’s schedule Skills • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field • 5+ years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management method(s) • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies • Experience in oil & gas (or similar) industry • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • A master's degree • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification • Familiar with MS Project Company Overview • Clarity Consultants is a staffing and recruiting company that offers corporate development and consulting services.
