As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals and contributing to the success of our clients. Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as In-Home Usage Testers. As a tester, you will have the opportunity to work from home, testing a variety of products and providing valuable feedback to our clients. This is a flexible, part-time position that offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project. You will be guaranteed 15-25 hours of work per week, with the potential for more hours as needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who is curious, reliable, and has excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project Utilize MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a curious spirit Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential Must be 18 years or older What We Offer As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: Very competitive pay rate of $25-$45 per hour Weekly pay, every Wednesday, by direct deposit or check Flexible scheduling, allowing you to work around your own schedule Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry and contribute to the development of new products Telecommute options, allowing you to work from home, school, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection Most of the time, you will be able to keep the products you test Career Growth and Development At Online Consumer Panels America and Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
