**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Supervisor in our Import Operations team, you will be responsible for:

* Fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions

**Professional Experience:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Minimum 3 years of experience handling all aspects of import operations from beginning to end
* In-depth understanding of customs regulations, including compliance and documentation requirements
* Familiarity with shipping regulations, including customs procedures and documentation requirements
* Proven track record of customer satisfaction, including fostering relationships and resolving complex issues
* Experience handling cross-border moves and navigating high-pressure environments
