Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Hybrid Customer Care Professional to join our Corporate Card Member Services team at Blithequark. As a Customer Care Pro, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and recommend the right benefits and services. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls from Corporate and Small Business Card Members, learning about their needs and recommending the right Blithequark benefits or services. Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of Blithequark Corporate Card services. Continuously improve on building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service. Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices. Essential Qualifications Two years+ of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication. Proven success in a customer service call center environment (two years+). Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment. Open availability for scheduling. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the financial services industry or with credit card products. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or financial services. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $21.65 hourly, plus bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits. Our benefits package includes: Competitive base salaries.
