About the Role We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on the US market. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email and chat, addressing their queries and concerns related to payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. Your exceptional research skills and ability to explain complex services in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable in this role. You will also play a crucial part in guiding and helping users with any questions they may have, as well as evaluating updates to our products to recommend potential improvements. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to US-based customers via email and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns Research and explain our services and products to customers, addressing their questions and providing solutions Guide and assist users with any queries they may have, ensuring a seamless customer experience Evaluate updates to our products and recommend potential improvements to enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Customer Care team to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company Exceptional soft skills, including team spirit, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach Added Values: Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth Experience with HTML/CSS, with a basic understanding of web development principles Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix), with a familiarity with content management systems and their applications Experience with Google Tag Manager, with a basic understanding of analytics and tracking principles Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian, with a desire to work in a multicultural environment Location and Work Environment At arenaflex, we believe in the power of remote work and offer a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
