**Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Strategic Talent Development & Engagement**

Our company culture is built on the values of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion and values. **Key Responsibilities** As an HRBP at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our HRBP and Director of People Ops to support the Customer Success and Corporate functions, executing key HR processes and implementing best practices for approximately 300 employees. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with our HRBP and Director of People Ops to support the Customer Success and Corporate functions, executing key HR processes (Performance Management, Compensation, Career Pathing) and implementing best practices. * Gathering and analyzing data using Human Resources metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. * Coaching and advising managers on employee-related issues and needs, working collaboratively to manage and resolve performance and employee relations matters. * Providing support to employees on various aspects of arenaflex, including benefits, policies, and procedures. * Driving employee engagement within teams through the creation of action plans, fostering accountability with leaders, and implementing touchpoints, rewards, recognition, and performance optimization strategies. * Developing programs to enhance the employee experience, including employee development and support initiatives. * Offering assistance in organizational design, performance management, coaching, learning and development, data analysis, and employee relations. * Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed. * Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and responding to audit requests. **Qualifications** To be successful as an HRBP at arenaflex, you'll need to have: * A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner. * Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within a fast-growth company. * Superior communication skills, conveying confidence, empathy, and trust to build effective relationships; adept at engaging with front-line employees and senior leaders on both strategic and operational levels. * Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. * Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills to identify root causes, understand trends, and develop recommendations. * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. * Passion for pulling together data to tell a compelling story. **What We Offer** As an HRBP at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * A competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * Collaborative and inclusive company culture. * Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our employees, customers, and communities.
