Maintaining proper documentation and records for all HR-related cases using our HR Help Desk system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications. Required: Bachelor's or Associate Degree with at least one year of experience in HR and/or customer support; OR no degree with three years of experience in HR and/or customer support. A basic understanding of HR solutions and practices, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement them effectively. Proficiency in using HR software and technology, including HR Help Desk systems and other related tools.
