The Role: HR Advisor - WORK FROM HOME OVERNIGHT

As an HR Advisor working overnight from home, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR advice and guidance to clients across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include:


Advising clients on a wide range of HR issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, and other complex cases
Providing legally compliant advice with a personal touch, ensuring that clients receive tailored support to meet their specific needs
Taking ownership and responsibility for cases from start to resolution, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Accurately recording advice and interactions on relevant databases, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and easily accessible
Drafting 'ad-hoc' letters and other HR-related documents as required, showcasing your excellent writing and communication skills
Staying up-to-date with the latest employment law, HR best practices, and ACAS guidelines, attending legal briefings and internal training sessions as necessary
Participating in a comprehensive 6-week training course to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role


The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with a combination of weekends and weekdays worked. The specific working hours are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Previous HR experience, or people management experience with exposure to HR issues
