Job Summary As a Housekeeper at Coreworks, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service to guests by providing one-on-one attention to detail Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors to maintain a clean and safe environment Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies to ensure a clean and dust-free environment Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery to maintain a clean and hygienic environment Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings to maintain a clean and organized environment Cleans metal fixtures and fittings to maintain a clean and shiny appearance Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash in a sanitary manner Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment Wipes down glass surfaces to maintain a clean and streak-free appearance Makes up beds and changes linens as required to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for guests Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout to maintain a clean and organized environment Responds to guest queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses, in a timely and efficient manner Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the housekeeping department Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: No experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate!
