Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one tutoring to high school students in all subjects, creating personalized learning plans to help them achieve their goals
Teach executive, organizational, and study skills to students, helping them to develop essential life skills
Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Provide session reports to our office and families within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking
Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of service and support for our students and families
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
2 years of experience in the education field and industry (a plus)
Prior tutoring/teaching/coaching experience in specialized education fields (preferred)
Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees (a plus, but not a requirement)
Experience with basic database/data entry (a plus)
Strong administration skills, including typing, PC, and recording skills
Reliable transportation with current car insurance (a must)
Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
Consent to a background check
