Key Responsibilities
Business Development Outreach: Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals through daily regular remote communication methods to drive new client referrals.
Client Acquisition: Handle inquiries from prospective leads, convert them into clients, and perform new client intakes.
Marketing Support: Post ads, create social media posts, blogs, and podcasts, and support other marketing activities to promote our In-Home Care services.
Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, provide excellent customer service, and update records and prepare reports as needed.
Office Coordination: Perform various office coordination duties, including managing caregiver recruitment and other administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a professional office work environment.
Hands-on computer experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, and scheduling tools.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with crystal clear phone call voice quality.
Strong work ethics, respectful and professional attitude towards work.
US Citizen or proof of work authorization required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a homecare setting with strong references.
Active or retired healthcare professionals with a strong background in marketing or sales.
