Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Healthcare Eligibility Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our eligibility team, you will play a vital role in delivering essential administrative services, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain eligibility data for benefits, both manually and through automated systems, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Interact with internal partners and external clients/vendors to manage and resolve eligibility issues, provide technical support, and troubleshoot system errors. Generate reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with technical systems teams to resolve system-related issues and improve process efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve eligibility issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer data is installed and maintained accurately and promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of eligibility systems, reporting tools, and manual/automated data entry processes to provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: Prior work-at-home (WAH) experience is highly preferred, and experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is an asset. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues (setting up equipment, navigating systems). Familiarity with eligibility systems, reporting tools, and manual/automated data entry is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong reliability and excellent attendance record. Ability to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clearly defined procedures. Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of eligibility systems, reporting tools, and manual/automated data entry processes. Certification in customer service, administrative support, or a related field. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
