About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care and support. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and performing general customer service duties. Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing them with detailed information about our neuropsychology services and benefits. Checking insurance coverage for patients and submitting pre-authorizations to ensure a seamless experience. Following up with potential patients to address any questions or concerns they may have, and to guide them through our services. Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely manner. Following up with patients on their status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure that they are satisfied with our services and to gather valuable feedback. Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of customer service, medical receptionist, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will have: At least 10 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and care to patients and their families. At least 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification experience, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. At least 5 years of experience in inside/inbound sales, with a ability to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services to potential patients. Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities. A highly self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for spending time talking to prospects on the phone and building meaningful relationships with our patients and their families. A high degree of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in a growing company.
