As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and find innovative solutions to complex problems. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Calming and de-escalating conflicts with customers * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
