Key Responsibilities: Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints that require specialized knowledge or technical expertise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to provider enrollment processes, including troubleshooting application process issues and providing advanced technical support within the call center environment. Documentation: Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the customer support system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate by providing feedback to management and product development teams based on customer issues and trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) in resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Need to Succeed: Education and Experience: Education: Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration). Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience in healthcare claims, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a call center or customer support environment. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration, with demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team. Skills and Competencies: Deep Understanding of Healthcare Regulations: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and payer requirements related to provider enrollment and credentialing. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and compliance requirements. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
