Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Instruction : Provide safe, individualized, and progressive gymnastics instruction, tailored to the needs of our students. Essential Qualifications and Skills While prior experience in gymnastics instruction is desirable, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including theater, dance, education, and non-profit sectors. To succeed in this role, you should: Possess a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their safety and well-being. Be able to lift more than 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and demonstrate basic gymnastics skills, such as climbing, jumping, and rolling. Be comfortable working in non-air-conditioned areas and flexible with regards to scheduling, including evening and weekend availability. Hold a positive and energetic attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application: Prior experience in gymnastics instruction, coaching, or a related field. Certifications in gymnastics, first aid, or CPR. A degree in education, sports science, or a related field. Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and child development principles.
