About the Role: Gymnastics Instructor We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Gymnastics Instructor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym, you'll play a vital role in delivering our proprietary curriculum and teaching methods to children aged 4 months to 12 years. Your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to create a safe and engaging environment will make a lasting impact on the lives of our young students and their families. Key Responsibilities: Teach gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels, using our proven curriculum and teaching methods Provide an outstanding customer service experience, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety Host birthday parties and other events, creating a fun and memorable experience for children and their families Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and teamwork Essential Qualifications: Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance (or related fields) Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work morning shifts (specific hours to be discussed during the interview process) First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in a gymnastics or educational setting Knowledge of gymnastics and movement skills for children Certification in gymnastics instruction or a related field Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as engage in physical activity with children Skills and Competencies: Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a love for working with children Patient, kind, and understanding, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At The Little Gym, we're dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
