Select appropriate rooms based on guest preferences and specific needs, demonstrating keen attention to detail
Provide guests with comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and amenities
Offer welcome packets containing room keys, tokens of appreciation, and relevant materials
Ensure guests clearly understand the location of their assigned rooms
Arrange for team members to escort guests to their rooms when needed, providing a personal touch
Guest Check-Out and Departure
Process guest check-outs efficiently while ensuring all charges are accurately calculated
Handle billing inquiries with patience and precision, resolving any discrepancies professionally
