Key Responsibilities: Instruct safe and effective exercise classes, including Strength, HIIT, Cycle, and Dance formats Maintain all mandatory education certifications and stay up-to-date with industry developments Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a seamless member experience Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and its No Judgments philosophy, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members Facilitate member requests and communicate effectively with Group Fitness Managers to stay connected on class schedules and evolving member needs Stay connected with key Group Fitness Managers to evolve your skills and fitness goals Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent teaching/performance experience in your area of expertise CPR certification and relevant fitness or education certification (AFAA and/or ACE Certification strongly recommended) Powerful customer service skills and awesome verbal communication abilities Theatrical or on-camera performance experience is a plus, but not required A passion for fitness and entertainment, with a drive to inspire and motivate others What We Offer: As a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary of $65-$100 per class, based on experience, education, and the number of formats and classes taught weekly Opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and growing fitness brand A fun and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation A culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and equal employment opportunities A chance to be part of a vibrant fitness community that makes a positive impact on people's lives Company Culture and Work Environment: At Crunch Fitness, we're committed to creating a work environment that's as fun as it is rewarding.
