You will be responsible for designing and arranging visual materials, optimizing workflow and material stream, and supporting office-wide standardization. Key Responsibilities Provide designing help and arrangement to enable the manufacturing line to produce and deliver maximum products on time Own cycle and material stream enhancement, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency Support office-wide standardization with regard to Work Guidelines and Visual Management Perform supporting activities for design and manufacturing, including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line setup, and safety protocols Manage responsibility with a positive attitude as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced workplace Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strong and diverse skillset, including: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field Experience in graphic design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficiency in common workplace software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and other design tools Knowledge of process improvement, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and FMEA fundamentals is desirable Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical communication skills are essential Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is highly desirable Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus Certification in graphic design or a related field is an asset Experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is highly desirable Career Growth and Development Opportunities At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
