Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Programs Customer Service Vendor Liaison to join our team. As a liaison between blithequark and our vendor's customer service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and quality service delivery. This is a fully remote opportunity, with occasional requirements to commute to our Farmington Hills, MI office for team meetings, collaborative sessions, and training. Key Responsibilities Coordinate training sessions to ensure vendor customer service representatives (CSRs) are well-informed about blithequark products and services. Communicate plan updates and changes to the vendor's customer service department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers. Ensure compliance with plan regulations and guidelines by monitoring vendor activities and providing necessary guidance. Coordinate call calibrations to maintain consistency and quality in customer service interactions. Assist with oversight activities, including reviewing vendor CSR calls and scorecards to identify areas for improvement. Conduct live listening sessions of vendor CSR calls to ensure adherence to quality standards. Review call metrics reports and CSR performance reports to monitor and evaluate vendor performance. Work with the vendor to address deficiencies and implement corrective actions. Participate in meetings, audits, trainings, and business improvement initiatives. Collaborate and communicate closely across departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures required for effective vendor management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. At least two years of experience in customer service, vendor management, or a related area. Intermediate knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems using independent judgment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience with training coordination and compliance monitoring. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. Knowledge of dental benefits administration or a related field.
