Key Responsibilities

Effective Communication & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
Booking & Travel Arrangements: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay Up-to-Date on Travel Deals & Discounts: Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest travel promotions, discounts, and package offers.
Customer Inquiry & Complaint Handling: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely resolutions and follow-up support.
Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Record Keeping & Supplier Relationships: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
