We're a dynamic and collaborative team that's passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, you'll be responsible for developing and executing global activation strategies to increase awareness and actionability of customer and market insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sponsorship and alignment on activation plans, and serve as a subject matter expert on the ads industry, communicating the latest trends and customer insights to executives and key stakeholders. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Develop global activation strategies to increase awareness and actionability of customer and market insights in support of the Global Business Organization's growth drivers and business plan. * Collaborate with Global Business, Marketing, and Product organizations to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment on activation plans and act as a subject matter expert of the ads industry and communicate latest industry trends and customer insights to executives and key stakeholders. * Drive activation strategy development and execution (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance). * Create and deliver written communications and presentations tailored to audience levels in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations. * Conduct analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, in support of strategic recommendations to increase activation of data and insights. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. * 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. * 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. * Understanding of ads business across arenaflex's product suite (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, etc). * Understanding, framing, and solving ambiguous problems, with the ability to drive impact on top strategic initiatives. * Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and influence partner teams and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling at the project level. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, data science). * Experience working with arenaflex's product suite. * Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team that's passionate about making a difference. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs, to help you grow and succeed in your career. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
