Key Responsibilities Support content creators by providing insights into proper format, fitting audience, and best utilization of language to ensure high-quality content. Advocate for clients by guaranteeing accurate, consistent, and reliable content that addresses client needs and expectations. Improve and refresh templates and style guides for versatile workflows and help define and execute optimal editorial workflows for given projects. Oversee content cycles for high-need initiatives across teams and organizations, ensuring timely and effective content delivery. Collaborate with editors from various teams to align on best practices and maintain functional alignment, promoting a cohesive content strategy. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or comparable functional experience. 2 years of experience in technical editing, technical writing, or content management, with a focus on delivering or editing technical documentation for a developer audience. Experience with Markdown and a keen understanding of language utilization patterns. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing content projects , work prioritization, and stakeholder expectations. Experience influencing others and organizing work to ensure tasks are efficient and address client issues. Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and language utilization patterns.
