Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to efficiency. As a remote employee, you will be working independently and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. Key Responsibilities Enter customer and account data from source documents into our database with high accuracy and efficiency. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output. Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure the confidentiality and security of our data. Regularly back up data for secure storage and easy recovery. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Proven data entry work experience, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
