Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter payroll data, update and maintain databases, and ensure that all employee data is correct and up-to-date. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and Accounting departments, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Department: Time Keeping Responsibilities: Verify timecards are complete – check daily: Add missing punches and/or correct punches. Verify time off balances and add when necessary. Add holidays, following Blithequark Policy. Compliance Data: Add data to employee profiles. Other tasks: May be assigned by the HR Manager. Accounting Department: Data Entry Tasks: Help entering student invoices in NetSuite for GI. Help enter therapist invoices into NetSuite. Assist with any other data entry tasks that may be required, if necessary. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Company Values: Be in tune with Blithequark's values and mission. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a team player. Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk. Associate Degree: Associate degree in business, preferably Accounting. ADP Payroll and NetSuite: Experience working with ADP Payroll and NetSuite.
