Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative and Package Handler, you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring your shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, and staying available to receive shipments at your designated address
Inspecting product boxes for damage, taking and uploading photos, and reporting any issues or concerns
Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
Delivering packages to local postal locations and shipping them using provided shipping labels
Working independently from home or a home office, with minimal supervision and guidance
Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing excellent customer service and support
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless and efficient shipping operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (not required, but preferred)
Prior work experience in a wholesale/retail environment (preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in basic computer software and technology
