Fitness and Nutrition Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer/Nutritionist to join our boutique medical weight loss and health optimization practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patients' health and excited to work in a high-energy, start-up environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement personalized fitness and nutrition plans for clientsConduct one-on-one and small group training sessionsProvide nutrition coaching and meal planning guidanceAssist in the development of new protocols and programsEducate clients on various dietary approaches and lifestyle modificationsMonitor client progress and adjust plans as neededCollaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive careQualificationsBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, or related field preferredMinimum 1 years of experience as a trainer and/or nutritionistStrong knowledge of strength training and mobility techniquesCertified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)Nutrition certification (e.g., Precision Nutrition, NASM-CNC, ISSA-CN)Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., corrective exercise, sports nutrition) preferredSkills and AttributesPassion for health optimization and helping clients achieve their goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with diverse age groups and fitness levelsProficiency in creating meal plans and understanding various dietary approachesAdaptability and enthusiasm for working in a start-up environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesProfessional demeanor and appearanceAdditional RequirementsAvailability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and eveningsAbility to demonstrate exercises to clienteleProficiency in using fitness tracking software and applicationsJoin our dynamic team and help transform lives through innovative health and wellness solutions.
