Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, transferring calls as appropriate, and assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls. You will also be responsible for performing general receptionist duties, including greeting customers and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Answer calls on a multi-extension phone system and transfer calls as appropriate Assist customers with entry-level support for their service calls Perform general receptionist duties, including greeting customers and visitors Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively support customers Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs to perform administrative tasks Analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school education or equivalent, as well as experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Additionally, you should be able to analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
