Job Type and Salary This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $15 - $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, ensuring customers have a seamless travel experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, using strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Process refunds and exchanges, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring compliance with company policies. Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues, collaborating with colleagues to provide a cohesive and customer-centric experience. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, continuously developing knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing solutions and meeting customer needs. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with the ability to work from home. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or coursework in customer service is a plus. Experience working in the airline or travel industry is an advantage. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
