Key Responsibilities

Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility for employees
Handle incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Dispatch incoming customer phone calls, ensuring that all calls are directed to the appropriate team member
Accept customer calls and return customer calls, providing exceptional service and support to our clients
Respond to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing personalized solutions
Create and explain individualized policies using our Needs Analysis system, ensuring that clients understand their benefits and options
Work and learn from management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, continuously improving your knowledge and skills
