Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Labor and Delivery unit in Lodi, California. As a travel RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting new mothers and families during the birthing process, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. This is a 26-week assignment with 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, starting on January 6th. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care to new mothers and families during the birthing process Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals Monitor patients' vital signs, fetal heart rates, and other critical indicators Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide emotional support as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Current RN licensure in the state of California or eligible for licensure 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification National and state certification in Labor and Delivery nursing (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week Live within 60 miles of the facility to qualify for the travel rate Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: $2,623 per week gross salary $1,836 in wages and $787 in stipend Comprehensive Benefits: Generous medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) matching program with a sliding scale match up to 4% Licensure reimbursement Weekly pay through direct deposit Generous referral bonus program 24/7 support Guaranteed hours Assistance with travel and planning Employee discount program Competitive bonuses Why Choose Vetted Health?
